Welcome to our second annual Warm Winter Sale, a community indoor ‘garage sale’ held here in Oscoda County MI. This year the sale will be held in Fairview Area School’s Multi-purpose room on February 18th, 9am – 5pm.

For Buyers –  February 18th is the day! From 9-5 we’re having an ‘indoor garage sale’ with up to 40 people selling their stuff! This is a great place to find some deals, scratch that ‘shopping bug’ AND break up the droll of winter. Browse the ‘Buy or Sell‘ section and see what people are planning on selling. If you can’t wait until the sale day, email the seller buy it before hand. Less for them to carry 

For Sellers – On the Sale Details page you can find information on being a part of this. Table information, reservation info, time, dates, details, etc.  You may also post your items of interest that you will be selling by using our Buy or Sell page. Advertising what you got, is the best way for a big crowd. And a big crowd is the best way to sell all your stuff!
